Returns

We hope you love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem!

To exchange an item, please follow the return process below and place a new order on our website for the item you prefer.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email us at madkidswear@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A short explanation for the return

• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you by email to confirm its arrival and update you on the processing status.

If all return conditions are met, your refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the package.

Items Returned Damaged or Used

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

If we receive an item that is:

• Worn or used

• Damaged (not due to shipping)

• Missing original packaging

• Not in its original condition

We reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.

If a return does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you by email to discuss the next steps.

• We recommend keeping proof of shipment and insuring your return package if necessary.
